Terms of service

1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between individual entrepreneur Taras Andreevich Stasiuk (OGRNIP 326723200072556, TIN 720320217318), owner of zapros.ai (the “Service”), and the user. The Service provides one application programming interface for access to artificial intelligence models supplied by third parties. By registering, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Registration and access

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and API keys and for all activity performed using them.

3. Payment and billing

Usage is billed on actual consumption according to published rates, including processed tokens, fixed inference units, images, web search, search-engine charges, video duration and any other units explicitly specified for a model. Current prices and units are shown in Models & pricing and the API catalog. The balance can be topped up in rubles using bank cards, including Mir, or the Faster Payments System. Funds are credited automatically after payment and the digital service is delivered as models are used. A fiscal receipt is emailed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ. Unused funds may be refunded as permitted by Russian law.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund of an unused balance by emailing support@zapros.ai. Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for the top-up within ten business days after the request is received. Services already consumed are deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• violate the laws of the Russian Federation;
• create or distribute prohibited content;
• violate the usage policies of model providers;
• compromise the availability or security of the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the content generated by artificial intelligence models or for outages caused by third-party providers. You are responsible for assessing whether model output is suitable for your purpose.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
