This Policy defines how the personal data of users of zapros.ai (the “Service”) is processed and has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.” The personal data operator is individual entrepreneur Taras Andreevich Stasiuk (OGRNIP 326723200072556, TIN 720320217318). By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data under this Policy.

• name, if supplied by the user;
• API usage data, including models, request volume and costs;
• technical data, including IP address, device and browser type, cookies and web analytics data.

3. Purposes of processing

• providing access to the Service and its features;
• identifying users and maintaining security;
• billing and usage accounting;
• technical support and service notifications;
• improving the Service and web analytics.

4. Data storage and protection

Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes and cannot be recovered. We use organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except where required by Russian law or where infrastructure providers, such as hosting, payment and web analytics services, process data on our behalf.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your personal data, ask us to correct, restrict or delete it, or withdraw your consent by contacting support@zapros.ai. Deleting your data will end your access to the Service.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Service uses cookies and web analytics systems, including Yandex Metrica, to analyze traffic and improve the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Cross-border transfers

To process AI model requests, request content may be transferred to model providers located outside the Russian Federation. By registering for the Service, you consent to this cross-border transfer. Do not submit third-party personal data or other confidential information in your requests.
